We host numerous events throughout the year, including: Breakfast with Santa, Dance Parties, Nerf Wars, Tea Parties and Make Believe Midnight!
The North Platte Area Children’s Museum is the perfect place to celebrate your child’s next birthday or special occasion.
$75 Members | $100 Non-Members
2 hours of playtime and use of the party room.
Admission for up to 12 children.
Standard time slots are Saturdays 10am-12pm & 1pm-3pm. Other time slots (during business hours) are available upon request.
$25.00 non-refundable deposit required to secure your time slot.
$200 Members | $250 Non-Members
2 hours of the entire museum to yourself!
Admission for up to 20 children.
Time slots are available any time outside of business hours and require approval.
$50.00 non-refundable deposit required to secure your time slot.
Additional Hour - $50 Members | $75 Non-Members
Additional Child - $5 Members | $8 Non-Members
Nerf War Add On - $50.00 (Available for private parties only. We will set up and supply the nerf guns/nerf bullets!)
Tea Party Add On - $30.00 (We will set up the party room for a tea party with cups, saucers and tablecloths.)
Dates and time slots are booked on a first come, first served basis.
The non-refundable deposit will be applied to your final balance.
1 adult per 5 children is required for all parties. Adult admissions are free with the party room rental and the room capacity is 20 people.
You may arrive 15 minutes prior to your party time for set up, if desired.
Outside food and drinks are welcomed but not provided.
Basic party room clean up is included, however, an additional $15.00 fee will be charged for excessive messes. Examples: glitter, confetti, pinata and craft messes.
The North Platte Area Children’s Museum welcomes preschools, daycares and classrooms for field trips to discover the Museum. Plan a day at the Museum for a special event your kids will enjoy and remember. Please call ahead to schedule your time and to let us know how many to expect in your group. We encourage educators and group leaders to come in prior to your group’s visit to explore the Museum. This is a good opportunity to learn about the exhibits, plan your outing and have the chance to prepare curriculum for your visit.
$8 per child (teachers/chaperones are free)
$8/person for additional parents or children; museum membership passes may be used.
$15 Party room rental available for meals or snacks.
Registrations are made on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
If you are unable to make your reservation please call to reschedule or cancel within two days of your visit. Groups that fail to cancel or do not show up will be billed a $10 cancellation fee. Cancellations due to unexpected school closings may be rescheduled.
Students arriving in buses are able to unload in the alley south of the Museum. There is FREE bus parking one block west of the Museum on Vine Street in the parking lot.
